We offer a 100-night trial for every mattress order, with refund rules as follows:

For unopened packages: You can request a full refund directly.
For packages that have been opened and used during the 100-night trial: A partial refund is available.
This trial period gives you ample time to assess if the new mattress fits your needs. We recommend allowing at least 30 days for your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface.If the mattress doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to contact our support team—we’ll assist you with the return and refund process. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value within the 100-night sleep trial period. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

In many cases, yes—as long as the items meet our return conditions. Mattresses purchased from sweetnight.com come with a 100-Day Free Sleep Trial and can be returned free of charge within that period. Other items (pillows, toppers, etc.) follow their own policies. Our support team will help you confirm what can be returned together and how to process it.

Absolutely Not. SweetNight mattresses and toppers do not contain any fiberglass. In earlier years fiberglass was sometimes used in the mattress industry as a fire barrier, but SweetNight removed it from our products. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, so current SweetNight mattresses and toppers are made without fiberglass.

Our mattresses use a combination of:

• CertiPUR-US® certified foams (memory foam, comfort foam, support foam)
• Individually wrapped steel coils in our hybrid models like Twilight, for targeted support and motion isolation
• Breathable premium covers, some designed for extra cooling and moisture-wicking

CertiPUR-US® certification means the foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, formaldehyde, and with low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.

Our mattresses are not fully organic (they’re not GOTS/GOLS-certified). Instead, we focus on safe, certified modern foams that balance comfort, support, and durability.

The foams we use are CertiPUR-US® certified, which specifically requires that they be made without formaldehyde and certain heavy metals, and with low VOC emissions.That means SweetNight mattresses are designed to be low-odor, low-emission, and safe for everyday home use when properly aired out after unboxing.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future

At the moment, SweetNight offers free shipping within the contiguous U.S.. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations right now.
